So - the important stuff first - the music - from a studio that has operated for over 20 years and seen the likes of legendary producers Paul 'Bag' Siddens and Si Reeves. Formerly operating out of a basement on Hockley with a vintage 1980 Allen and Heath Sigma desk and tape the studio had for the past 4 years been a fully functioning pro-tools digital playground with Genelec monitoring, award-winning A-D conversion, valve TL Audio vocal compressors and vintage high quality mics.

Over it's 20 year history Framework has been home to acts as diverse as Napalm Death, PJ Harvey and Bjork / Carcass, Cathederal, IOD, Last Under the Sun, Damn Dirty Apes, Razorwire, Long Time Dead, Godsize, Meathook Seed, Crowbar etc and over the past year has been the studio home to The Cubans, Alex Lanyon, the Readymades, Understar, Evangeline, the Harpies, The Vouch, the Low Orders, Ryan Jordan, One Sixth of Tommy, Brian James, the Singles Club, Once Bitten, the Nightingales, Duller in Colour, Skull Fox, Carl Stevens, Looner, Lokey, Mehsopuria and so many, many more.
Si produces and masters for Fortune and Glory, Iron Man Records and Big Print Records and has recorded many artists on Psychophonic Records and has now recorded pretty much every style of music, has Radio 1 airplay, still tours Europe as a player and is as committed to the production of music in all its glorious forms as he ever was.
Our in-house production and writing team DMA also write, record, produce and mix for several labels and studios, inclusing Universal and Moviebox.
We put as much effort into making everyone's vision for their music a reality. We record music right across the board and for people from all walks of life from signed bands to 70 year old studio first timers.
